Germany felt like an outsider internationally. They hadn't been allowed to speak for themselves in that talks to decide the treaty, and were also not allowed to join the League of Nations.

is it a social, political or economic problem?​

I agree in saying that it’s a political issue as social definitely doesn’t apply and there is nothing about the economics in there
