How can you use the physical activity pyramid to help make improvements to your activity profile?

Adults should do at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day, while children should do at least 60 minutes of physical activity everyday. The Physical Activity Pyramid is based on a weekly program and uses walking as a staple to activity, and work up from there, and less sitting and watching TV at the top of the pyramid.
