dont really know how to explain it but basically for paragraph one you are writing why you should be for it (in favor of; pro) and for paragraph 2 you are writing why you should be against it (opposed to; con)

Basically you write a paragraph explaining why you would be FOR it and then another paragraph explaining why you would be AGAINST it. English teachers love doing this tactic but actual testers do not. They much rather have you pick one side and stick to it but also explain why someone would be against it
