How did the role of women during World War I affect the suffragist movement?

Women stopped campaigning for the right to vote and started to help contribute to the war effort by working in munitions factories. So pretty much it effect it

Since men were fighting in the war, women went and worked because the men were gone. After the war, it was recognized that women can work.
Don't know if this right, I'm sorry if I'm wrong.
