day 1 = 60 mins
day 2 = 90 mins
day 3 = 120 mins
day 4 = 150 mins
day 5 = 180 mins
day 6 = 210 mins
day 7 = 240 mins or 4 hours

on day one she starts of with 1 hour so it will be 1+30x. X being the number of days so by the seventh day Anna would practice for 240 minutes.
