Given that Tank A has leaked 1/16 of a gallon in 1/12 minute, then in 1 minute, Tank A has leaked

(1)/(16) / (1)/(12) = (1)/(16) *12= (3)/(4) \ gallons

Given that
Tank B has leaked 3/80 of a gallon in 1/30 minute, then in 1 minute, Tank A has leaked

(3)/(80) / (1)/(30) = (3)/(80) *30= (9)/(8) \ gallons.

Thus, in 1 minute tank A has leaked less than 1 gallon while tank B has leaked more than 1 gallon.

Therefore, Tank B is leaking faster.
