Congruency: Two triangles are said to be congruent if they have same shape and size. If two triangles are congruent then their corresponding angles and sides will be same. There are 3 ways to see if the two triangles:

1. ASA (Angle-side-angle): Here the two corresponding angle are same and the the included side is also same.

2. SAS (Side-angle-side): Two corresponding sides and the angle between them are same.

3. SSS (Side-side-side) : When the corresponding sides are equal.

As can be clearly seen from the photograph. these two figures are congruent following the above mentioned ASA postulates.
