The answer is Tarsus

The webspinners have an enlarged tarsomere (of the tarsus) in their front legs pair. The extended parts contain the silk-producing glands. They spin the web with their front legs to create their housing and also to trap their prey.
The insects that spin web are categorized under order Embioptera.
