Plug in 7 for t to get
8.97+1.24t-0.0004(7)^2+0.000166(7)^3
b)Take the derivative to get
1.24-0.0004*2t^+0.000166*3t^2
1.24-0.0004*2(7)^+0.000166*3(7)^2
