If the circle x^2 - 4x + y^2 + 2y = 4 is translated 3 units to the right and 1 unit down, what is the center of the circle?

(5,-2) when you graph the circle the original center is (3,-1) so when moving it to the right two you add 2 to 3. when moving it down you subtract 1 from -1.
