Yes!
A tree has plant cells and has a plasma membrane and a cell wall. It also has chloroplasts that contain chlorophyll!

I'm not trying to make this complicated but, a tree is a plant cell ok. A plant converts CO2 which is Carbon Dioxide into Oxygen right? We as humans do the total opposite. We breathe in Oxygen and breath out Carbon Dioxide. Your question is correct. A plant has a chloroplast and a cell membrane. The only difference is that an animal cell only has the cell membrane making it semi-permeable which means some things in and some things out. A plant cell has a cell membrane and a cell wall making it twice the protection.
