What is the equation in point slop form of the line that passes through the point (3,1) and has a slope of -2?

Y=-2x+7 because you would use points and put them into slope intersept form which is y=mx+b

y - y1 = m(x - x1)
slope(m) = -2
(3,1)....x1 = 3 and y1 = 1
now we just sub
y - 1 = -2(x - 3) <== point slope form
