This is where Umayyad dynasty decline led to; Territory was too late to rule , High taxes caused resentment and rebellion. the rule of the Umayyad dynasty is to Transformed caliphate in to hereditary monarchy, Centralized, Brought stability after Muhammad's death. the Umayyad dynasty's policies towards foreigners are Favored Arabs; Only Arabs could hold political positions; Non-Arabs and non-Islams had to pay special high tax, "jizya"
