Please help I am struggling on this test a bit "..... wishing me like to one more rich in hope/, Featured like him, like him with friends possessed,/ Desiring this mans art and the mans scope..." what emotion is Shakespeare describing in these lines from sonnet 29?

A. gratitude
B. anger
C. envy
D. melancholy

The answer is C-Envy
The first line says "Wishing me like to one more rich in hope" the main character wishes he had hope like the person he envy's.
Also "Desiring this mans art and the mans scope" means he like wishes he had the talents the other person has.
The main character also wishes he was popular and has more friends and wishes he looked like him
So the answer would be C-Envy
