The volume of a single bacterial cell is 2.88 μm 3.What is the volume of 2.0x104 cells in milliliters (ml)?• 106 μm = 1 m• 100 cm = 1 m• 1cm³= 1 mL• Enter your answer in scientific notation. Remember this means the first box will be a number between 1 and 10followed by 10 to an exponent.• This question sometimes auto-generates a lot of decimal places for the volume of the single bacterial cell - ifthis happens to you, don't worry about any of the digits after two decmial places.Volume=x 10^mL

10^6 μm = 1 m

100 cm = 1 m = 10^6 μm

1 μm^3 = 1 x 10^- 12 ml

Thus, the volume of a single bacterial cell is 2.88 x 10^-12 ml

Volume of 2 x 10^4 cells = 2 x 10^4 x 2.88 x 10^-12 ml

Volume of 2 x 10^4 cells = 5.76 x 10^-8 ml
