Leaders having a(n) competing conflict management style are highly assertive and not very cooperative.
Other properties of leaders having this management style are that they believe in winning at any cost and measure accomplishment by how much the opposite side loses,they are normally not thought to be moral on the grounds that their contention style makes them oppressive and less inclined to think about the worries of representatives and different partners.
