Hey there,

False. Actually it depends. If you have consumed a very large amount, youare at a higher risk for having a collision as drugs and alcohol makes you high and you would have no idea on what you are doing. But if you consume very less, it won't have such a great impact. Your vision would be blurry so you won't be able to see what is happening.

False. While drinking or driving you are at a higher risk because you can not concentrate and are not fully aware of your actions.
