I can't answer this question because the problem is incomplete; no choices were given. Luckily, I found a similar problem from another website which I've attached as a picture down below. An ion-dipole bond results when one dipole molecule is present with an ion in the solution. Water is a dipole molecule. Now, CH₃OH, an alcohol, is a nonelectrolyte. It doesn't dissociate into ions when solvated. On the otherhand, Ca(NO₃)₂ dissociates into Ca²⁺ and 2 NO₃⁻ ions. Therefore, the answer is Ca(NO₃)₂.
