How might a person communicate directly with leaders about community health issues? Check all that apply.

1. by participating in an interview on a local radio station
2. by holding a town hall meeting for legislators
3. by talking to family members about health issues
4. by making an appointment with the county board
5. by calling the region’s congressional representatives

By participating in a town hall meeting for legislators. That's because since you're trying to get it the leaders, it's best to go to the town hall. town/community and what not.

Hope this helps, have a BLESSED day!
