I was in a place that I didn’t want to be. I was volunteering for something helping watch kids. I was time out of my day just to teach these kids who were wild and not learning anything. Then I met this one kid. She was shy yet excited and she studied hard. I immediately realized she could be a little friend of mine. She listens well and I got her to participate and she made new friends her age. I really began to love volenteering and looked forward week after week. And really realize I am helping make a good difference in these kids lives.
