$\bf A=E\implies 3x^2-11~~=~~x+13\implies 3x^2-x-24=0 \\\\\\ (3x+8)(x-3)=0\implies \begin{cases} 3x+8=0\\ 3x=-8\\\\ x=\cfrac{-8}{3}\\ -----\\ x-3=0\\ \boxed{x=3} \end{cases}$
