If you mult. these two radicals together, you'll combine the radicands -15 and -6 into one amount: 90, and this 90 is under the radical: sqrt(90).

Now, 9 is a perfect square, tho' 10 is not. Thus, sqrt(90) = 3sqrt(10) (ANSWER)
