4y/3 - 3/4 + 5/6y (multiply by) x 2 + 4
4y/3 - 3/4 + 5y/3 + 4
collect like terms: (4y/3 + 5y/3) + ( - 3/4 + 4)
simplify: 3y + 13/4 <----- FINAL ANSWER
