point-slope formula;
m = y2 - y1 / x2 - x1. (-3, 2) (2, 4)
m = 4 - 2 / 2 - (-3)
m = 2/5
m = y2 - y1 / x2 - x1. (4, 0) (6, -5)
m = -5 - 0 / 6 - 4
m = -5/2
both slopes are perpendicular since they aren't the same value.
