4/5 is larger than 3/5, if the amount is getting smaller it is a
decrease.
Because it is a decrease, you must subtract the orginal number from the new number and divide by the orginal. 4/5-3/5=1/5 1/5÷4/5= 1/4
1/4=.25
The percent of change is 25%
