You have known the formula Length of base is la division of Area and a haft of the height.
So we have 3

(3 {x}^(2) - x + 12) / ( (1)/(2) * 6x)
or

(3 {x}^(2) - x + 12) / 3x

3 {x}^(2) / 3x +( - x / 3x) + 12 / 3x
and

x - (1)/(3) + (4)/(x)
have fun
