y=(x+8)^3+9

y=(x+8)(x^2+8x+16) + 9

y=(x+8)(x+4)(x+4)+9

0=(x+8)(x+4)(x+4)+9

x+8=0

x=-8

x+4=0

x=-4

I believe the answer is 2

The answer should be 1. Keep in mind that all cubic curves will always have at least 1 real zero. The embedded image is a graph of y=(x+8)³+9

The second answer should be y=x
x^(4)-6x
x^(3)+6x
x^(2)-6x+5 (the last answer choice), as seen by the second image.
