Pleaseeee Heeelp! Write an equation for a line that is parallel to the given line that passes through the given point. Explain how you found the equation. y= 2x 7; (3,11) Show Work.

Okay for starters, a parallel equation must must have the same slope so I would start my equation with 2x.

Next I need to find the y-intercept. To solve this I will subtract the number 11 by 6 in order to simulate the line movement. So, the final equation will look like this.
F(x) = 2x + 5
