When using inductive reasoning you come to a conclusion and make a statement after observing and understanding a situation, Hasty Generalization is a logical fallacy that happens when you make an asumption on the general based on the incorrect example, this basically means making an statement about the whole by studying the exception to the rule insted of the average situation, for example, if you study the story of a wealthy man that became rich after buying a lottery ticket, thus you claim that buying lottery tickets will make you rich, this is wrong because he was the excpetion to the rule, and not the average outcome.
