What is the 3rd term when 4f3 + 19f + 16f4 – 9f2 is arranged in descending order?

put these in order by the exponents....descending order....so put the highest exponent first

16f^4 + 4f^3 - 9f^2 + 19f....and the 3rd term is : -9f^2
