The best buy would be the one that costs the lowest per unit.
$4.08/16LB= 0.255 per LB
$4.50/18LB= 0.250 per LB
$5.39/22LB=
0.245 per LB

What you do here is find the unit rate of each price of dog food...Then it will be easier for you to compare the answers c:
