You can write 3 equations, solution to each one from top will solve the next one.

5% of 9000= opened

5/100 x 9000 = 450 opened

10% of opened = register

10/100 x 450 = 45 registered

20% of registered = completed

20/100 x 45 = 9 completed (your answer)

Answer: There are 9 people who completed the registration.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Number of emails you send out = 9000

Percent of email are opened = 5%

Number of emails are opened is given by

9000* 0.05=450

Out of opened email,

Percent of email click on a link to register for something = 10%

Number of emails are clicked to register is given by

450* 0.1=45

Out of those who clicked the link ,

Percent of people complete the registration = 20%

Number of people who are registered is given by

45* 0.2=9

Hence, there are 9 people who completed the registration.
