y equals x plus 15 but write that as an equation, not in words, sorry, i bet you are a great person, keep it up, love yourself, dont succumb to bad habits

It would be y=x+15 because the change of y and the change of x is 5/5. Which means that the rate of change is 1. So in the equation you just leave the x itself. And to find the y-intercept. You plug it the y and x using one of the points like (4,19). So,
19= 4 + b. Subtract 4 from both sides and you get 15=b. That’s how you get y=x+15.
