Which reflection rule, if any, can be used to prove that rectangle A(-8, -3), B(-2, -3), C(-2, -6), D(-8, -6) and rectangle A'(8, -3), B'(2, -3), C'(2, -6), D'(8, -6) are congruent?

A) (x, y) → (-x, y)
B) (x, y) → (x, -y)
C) (x, y) → (-x, -y)
