Teegan likes to play golf. He has budgeted $55 next month for the driving range. It costs him $10.15 for a bucket of balls each time he goes. What is the maximum number of times he can go to the driving range next month?

Let t be the total cost of going playing golf during the month; therefore,

t\le55

Since Teegan has no more than $55 to spend.

Furthermore, if x is the number of buckets of balls,

t=10.15x

Therefore,

\Rightarrow10.15x\le55

Solving for x,

\begin{gathered} \Rightarrow x\le(55)/(10.15)=5.4187\ldots \\ \Rightarrow x\le5.4187\ldots \end{gathered}

Thus, the maximum number of times he can go is 5 times.
