List atleast 5 guidelines for obtaining height and weight

1.) eat salads
2.) spend more time exercising
3.)try exercising twice as much as you do to level out your height with your weight.
4.) don't isolate yourself from others because when you do that's when you focus one thing.
5.) don't hunch over when you walk it could cause height problems that cant be fixed.
