I will assume supposed to be written as :

2(4/2)² - 15 + 6

Use the acronym Pedmas
Parenthesis, Exponents , Division/Multiplication , Addition/Subtraction

2(2)² - 15 + 6
2(4) - 15 + 6
8 - 15 + 6
-1

2(4/2)^2 - 15 + 6
= 2(2)^2 - 15 + 6
=
2(4) - 15 + 6
= 8 - 15 + 6
= -1
