Symptoms of Type i schizophrenia includes Hallucinations , delusions, confusion of thoughts and disrupted speech , trouble focusing and movement disorder.

Symptoms of Type ii schizophrenia refer to an abnormal mental function involving thinking, behavior, and perception. It also includes reduction in speech, social withdrawal and laziness.

While type I schizophrenia is dominated by positive symptoms such as delusions, hallucinations, and certain formal thought disorders, type II schizophrenia is dominated by negative symptoms among which we can find restricted affect, poverty of speech, and loss of volition. Schizophrenia is a serious mental illness that affects some brain functions such as thinking, perception, emotions and behavior.
