If many of the lakes in Florida are sinkholes lakes, what can you conclude about the geology beneath Florida's surface? Explain.

A lot of the rock beneath Florida is Limestone. Limestone is prone to sinkholes because it can be dissolved by groundwater, making it weak.

Not really sure how to explain this but Florida lacks in bedrock because sinkholes form where there is low amount of such. Don't know if this will help but hopefully it does!
