We have: y=−x+2 and y=3x−4

So: - x + 2 = 3x - 4

<=> - x - 3x = - 4 - 2

<=> - 4x = -6

<=> x = -6 ÷ 4

<=> x = -6/4 = -3/2

=> y = - x + 2 = - (-3/2) + 2 = 3/2 + 2 = 3/2 + 4/2 = 7/2 = 3,5

ANSWER: x = -3/2 = -1,5 and y = 3,5

ok done. Thank to me :>

Answer:

x = 1.5

y = 0.5

Explanation:

y = −x + 2

y = 3x − 4

so

-x + 2 = 3x -4

2 + 4 = 3x + x

4x = 6

x = 1.5

then y = -x + 2 = -1.5 + 2 = 0.5
