The coordinates of the vertices of the triangles are

\begin{gathered} P(-2,3) \\ Q(2,4) \\ R(1,-1) \end{gathered}

The reflection rule of a coordinate of a point (x,y) in the line x=a is given below as

(-x+2a,y)

The reflection at point P , will be

\begin{gathered} P(-2,3)\text{ where a=-3} \\ (-x+2a,y) \\ (-(-2)+2(-3),3) \\ (2-6,3) \\ P\text{'(-4,3)} \end{gathered}

The reflection at point Q , will be

\begin{gathered} Q(2,4)\text{ where a=-3} \\ (-x+2a,y) \\ (-2+2(-3),4) \\ (-2-6,4) \\ Q^(\prime)(-8,4) \end{gathered}

The reflection at point R , will be

\begin{gathered} Q(1,-1)\text{ where a=-3} \\ (-x+2a,y) \\ (-1+2(-3),-1) \\ (-1-6,-1) \\ R^(\prime)(-7,-1) \end{gathered}

Therefore,

P' ( -4 , 3)

Q' (-8 , 4)

R' (-7 , -1)
