The correct option is D.
The sonnet was written in honor of spring which comes after a long winter period. In the poem, the author wrote that the winter is bowing out and the spring is around the corner and all the plants and animals are busy doing their individual activities. The poem talks about the outgoing of winter and the arrival of spring.
