Slope of the line is:

-(1)/(2)

point(2,5)

General equation of line is:

y=mx+c

where:

\begin{gathered} (x,y)\text{ = point} \\ m=\text{slope} \\ c=\text{ y-intercept} \end{gathered}

The value of "c" is:

\begin{gathered} y=mx+c \\ m=-(1)/(2) \\ (x,y)=(2,5)_{} \\ 5=(-1)/(2)*2+c \\ 5=-1+c \\ c=5+1 \\ c=6 \end{gathered}

so equation of line is:

\begin{gathered} y=mx+c \\ y=(-1)/(2)x+6 \\ y=-(x)/(2)+6 \end{gathered}

Then graph of line is:
