the  main  appeal  of  Warren  harding  was that  he  promise  a  turn  to  simpler time  and  a  state  of  "normalcy". This  was  when he  was  a presidential  candidate  of  united  state. After  he  wined  he  tried  to  have  united  state joining  the  new  international  organisation  but  it  failed.
