The pros and cons within a healthcare are as following:

The concept of faith, religion, politic, and culture should be identified as potential causes of ethical persistence and personal power in health care. Improving the benefit of both clinicians and patients amidst the occurrence of sickness, or healing regardless of the ways of an individual thinks. Correspondence among physicians, patients and between healthcare team should audit sensitively otherwise it would cause discomfort to the patients. This is in order to the health interests of morality, faith or politics fan followers. Consultants should appreciate individual commitments and take a report of their importance for treatment and supervision decisions.

The exercise of nursing, which is a branch of health, should not be conditioned to any external factor, such as political or religious, there should be no pros or cons, except in cases where the religion does not allow certain procedures (transfusion ), but in general, health personnel accept more the legal than the religious, on the other hand, in some countries where the political or religious system are an important part of their daily development, this could be an intervening factor, in countries of extreme left or communists may be difficult to access the public health system, if a contrary political tendency is known, the same could happen in countries of extremist religions, but in general, the knowledge of any difference in those aspects, should not represent different treatment by a nurse or doctor within a medical care setting.
