2x+3 is the answer bc
x+x=2x
3/3=1
6/3=2
1+2=3

The simplified version of x+3/3 + x+6/3 is:
2x + 3
Work:
x+1+x+6/3
x+1+x+2
(x+x)+(1+2)
=
2x + 3
