The answer is C. √10

The way you solve this problem is using the distance formula which is as follows:

\sqrt{ (x_(2)-x_(1))^2 + (y_2-y_1)^2 }

All you have to do to solve then is simply plug the numbers into the formula:

√( (-2-1)^2 + (4-3)^2 )

And the rest is just a matter of following PEMDAS:

√( (-3)^2 + (1)^2 ) √(9+1) √(10)
