Both your answers in blue are correct. The first question posted, when flipped and multiplied, much cancels out leaving :


= (18x^(2)( 5x^(2)+1 ) )/(6 x^(5) ( 5x^(2)-1) ) \\ \\ = (3( 5x^(2)+1 ) )/( x^(3) ( 5x^(2)-1) )
