Do what is powered first, and then PEMDAS ( parenthesis, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction).

It would be 3[10(16) - 6 + 3)] because 4 squared is 16. Next, do the multiplication inside of the brackets, which is 10(16), and that equals 160. Then, finish the math from left to right IN THE BRACKETS do NOT multiply by 3 yet. 160 - 6 + 3 = 157. Now, multiply 3(157), and that equals 471.

Sorry for all caps. People seem to mess up the PEMDAS order a lot, so I'm just trying to make it clear.
