The question can be solved as:

log4^3 + log4^8 - log4^6
= 3log4 + 8log 4 - 6 log4
(Because log n ^ m = m log n)
= 5 log 4
= 5log (2^2)
(Because 4 can be written as 2^2)
= 5*2 log 2
= 10 log 2
= 10*0.3010
(Because log 2 = 0.3010)
= 3.010
